Infrastructure: Experience of the 1990s has put people off
Governments of developing countries tried to attract companies which can provide basic services, however, it was failed.
Private companies think that to pay money for this essential services is risky because some companies got badly burned by participation for this project.
The governments do not have the affordability to repay.
The system is still insufficient, therefore there are some problems.
For example, people have to buy clean water from vendors.
The cost is ten times as high as modern water systems.
People who do not have enough money, they can not get clean water.
Their challenge is still continuing.
